*We are doing PRE-ORDERS. Please allow 6-7 weeks to get your product in hand. We thank you for your support & patience if choosing to order! *

Sale Items/Items purchased on discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns for all final sale items. Due to health and safety concerns, hats, beanies, socks, and masks are final sale.

If your order has a different billing and shipping address, you may be asked to provide your government issued identification for verification purposes.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery.  All returned items are inspected before an Exchange/Refund can be processed so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition; to include being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. 

Exchanges are only available when requesting a different size for the same product.

Returns are completed with a refund back to the original form of payment.

Return Processing Time Frame: 5-7 business days once the return package is received.

Customer responsible for paying return shipping.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are experiencing any delays with seeing the funds back in your account, please contact your bank provider. Order Processing

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

We aim to process orders within 3-5 business days after receiving products from our manufacture. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control but we will do our best to get your shipment delivered.

Tracking via USPS is sent for every order that has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Order Cancellation

We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. We kindly ask that you please be sure of the items in your cart before checking out.

Delivery

Please ensure you report any issues such as, damaged and defective items within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered.

If your item is damaged or defective. Please be sure to include your confirmation number and a picture of the product you received when contacting support.

It is the customers responsibility to be aware of when the package is supposed to deliver, Shop Maney is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
